悉尼内城新活动场地Verde Alexandria开业，可容纳逾300位宾客

Italian dining establishment Verde, which is based in Darlinghurst, has expanded its presence in Sydney with the opening of Verde Alexandria on the corner of Collins Street and Bourke Street.

The new venue spans 600 square metres across five flexible events spaces, including a 200-seat restaurant, 120-seat courtyard and capacity for more than 300 guests.

The opening gives Verde two distinct event propositions across Sydney, with its original Darlinghurst venue suitable for intimate celebrations, and the new Alexandria venue ideal for large-scale business events, launches and brand activations.

Verde Alexandria is on the site of the former COOH cafe, and the main restaurant accommodates 200 guests seated or 300 standing, while the courtyard can host 120 seated or 180 standing.

Five additional spaces cater for groups of 16 to 100 guests, giving organisers flexibility across a range of event formats.

A five-metre bar, high ceilings and late licence allow the venue to transition from daytime dining into a fully private events space, with availability seven days a week.

“We wanted Verde Alexandria to complement what we already offer in Darlinghurst,” says Antonio Ruggerino, owner, Verde.

“Darlinghurst is perfect for something more intimate, while Alexandria gives us the scale and flexibility to host much larger celebrations, launches and events without losing the food and hospitality Verde is known for.”

Verde’s cuisine is led by executive chef Davide Rebeccato, with event menus spanning sit-down dining, shared feasts and canapes, centred on seasonal produce, housemade pasta and contemporary Italian cooking.
