EN Sales Leaders’ Summit 2027开放报名，Flume回归担任首席合作伙伴

Registration is now open for the EN Sales Leaders’ Summit 2027, which takes place on 14 January at The Minster Building in London. Sales training company Flume returns as headline partner.

The summit is aimed at sales directors, heads of sales and commercial leaders at exhibition organisers. After two editions as a satellite event of International Confex, it becomes a standalone event in 2027. It’s also moving to the start of the year, so sales leaders can use it to shape their plans for the next 12 months.

AI, and changing buyer behaviour

The 2027 programme focuses on how AI, changing buyer behaviour and new technology are reshaping event sales. The day opens with a keynote on building the revenue organisation of the future. Senior buyers will explain why event deals are really won and lost, and three event businesses will give an honest assessment of where AI is making a difference. Other sessions cover how teams turn stand sales into longer-term partnerships.

There are also two roundtable sessions during the day, which are peer-led discussions with no presentations or sales pitches.

Raoul Monks, CEO of Flume, said: “The pressure is on for event businesses to deliver faster, more predictable revenue growth and AI is changing what’s possible. But the real opportunity is learning from those who are challenging conventional thinking, doing things differently and getting results. That’s what this summit is all about.”

Flume also works with the Association of Event Organisers, which renewed its partnership with the company in October.
