Doltone Hospitality Group获任悉尼Georges River Sailing Club独家餐饮合作方
Hospitality partner named for Sydney events venue
Doltone Hospitality Group has been appointed exclusive hospitality partner at Georges River Sailing Club, on the shores of Botany Bay, and will commence operations on 2 November 2026.
The sailing club recently underwent a $12 million transformation and will celebrate its centenary in 2027.
“Georges River Sailing Club has been part of this community for almost 100 years, and our members have told us how much they value the fresh new feel and improved facilities delivered in the renovation last year,” says Chris White, CEO, Club Central Group, which operates Georges River Sailing Club.
“Doltone House started in southern Sydney [Sylvania Waters] so it’s fitting a local success story is joining us on the shores of Botany Bay.
“Members will keep their member pricing and rewards, and the club will remain a home for sailing, community groups and local celebrations.
“We are excited to work together to deliver exceptional dining, events and social experiences while preserving the welcoming club culture that makes Georges River Sailing Club such a special place.
“With our 100th birthday coming in 2027, it’s the perfect time to give locals even more reasons to come down to the water.”
Doltone Hospitality Group is promising revitalised seasonal menus in the club’s bistro, and elevated catering for weddings and business events.
“Doltone House was founded in Sylvania Waters in 1969, and southern Sydney has remained an important part of our story ever since,” says Joseph Murray, CEO and managing director, Doltone Hospitality Group.
“With our roots firmly in the region, partnering with Georges River Sailing Club feels like a natural fit.
“The club has an exceptional waterfront setting and a proud community history.
“With the club’s centenary approaching in 2027, it’s an exciting time to be part of its next chapter.”
