AMSTELVEEN, Netherlands - Design Desk, an exhibition stand design and build company that has worked with trade show exhibitors since 2005, has relocated its headquarters from Poland to Amstelveen, the Netherlands. The company now operates as Design Desk B.V. from Prof. E.M. Meijerslaan 1, close to Amsterdam and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The move took effect on 14th September 2026.
Design Desk's clients are mainly German and European exhibitors, and much of its work takes place at German venues such as Koelnmesse, Messe Berlin and NürnbergMesse. The new base also puts the company near Dutch exhibition venues including RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht and Rotterdam Ahoy, where it designed a stand for Breakbulk Europe earlier this year.
"Most of the shows our clients exhibit at are a short flight or train ride from Amsterdam," said Rohit Saraogi, Founder of Design Desk. "Moving our headquarters here puts us closer to the venues and the exhibitors we work with and close to Schiphol for clients who fly in from outside Europe."
Design Desk designs custom and modular exhibition stands, double-decker stands and last-minute builds. Design work is handled by the company's own studio of 10 designers, part of a team of more than 45 people. Production is carried out by long-standing partner suppliers, and each project has a dedicated project manager. Projects are run in English from brief to dismantling.
In its 21 years the company has delivered more than 2,500 projects for more than 300 clients in more than 30 countries. Its projects include stands at ITB Berlin, InnoTrans, The Tire Cologne 2026 and Interzoo. In the United States, it built a stand at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2026 at the Javits Center in New York.
