AIME 2027揭晓Knowledge Monday主题并推出全新互动形式

The Asia Pacific Incentive and Meetings Event (AIME) has announced the theme, new session formats, and programme committee for its opening Knowledge Monday, set to take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on February 15, 2027.

The 2027 theme, AIMEplify: People, Business and Impact, will focus on the intersection of human connection and technology in event planning, examining how industry professionals can leverage AI while maintaining the value of human expertise.

Curated in collaboration with BEAMexperience founder El Kwang, the one-day programme is structured into two main tracks, moving from a morning focus on leadership and well-being to an afternoon session on technological impact and business innovation.

To refresh the opening-day delivery, AIME 2027 is introducing two new event formats led by the industry. The Debate will feature a panel of clients and suppliers addressing a major trending issue, while The Pitch will give event practitioners a platform to present new concepts for the future of business events.

Content for Knowledge Monday is being shaped by a newly established six-member committee alongside feedback from industry focus groups. The committee comprises Ashleigh Cooper of Charter Hall, Darren Chuckry of HK Initiative, Janene Wardrop of Ascot Event Collective, Michelle Sargent of Events Beyond, Petrina Goh of BCD Meetings & Events, and Sarah Markey-Hamm of SMH Event Industry Consulting.

Expressions of interest for potential speakers are open through November 15, 2026, with selected speakers to be notified by December 11, 2026.

AIME 2027 will run from February 15 to 17, 2027, expecting over 800 exhibitors, 1,600 vetted buyers, and more than 25,000 scheduled meetings across the three-day event.
