London/Riyadh – 31 July 25: Clarion Events, the world’s largest privately owned event and exhibition organiser, today announced that it has been appointed by the Saudi Aviation Club as the official commercial partner for Sand & Fun 2025, the first general aviation event in Saudi Arabia bringing together the best in innovation, aerospace, culture and adventure in an exceptional national showcase.

Taking place in Riyadh at Thumamah Airport from 25–29 November 2025, Sand & Fun is set to become a landmark event for the global aviation community, attracting over 120,000 visitors throughout the week. The event will showcase aviation innovation, culture, and adventure on an unprecedented scale.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Clarion Events’ commitment to supporting Saudi Aviation Club in delivering a world-class aviation showcase that reflects its ambition and vision. The event aims to inspire innovation, foster international connections, and unlock new opportunities for growth, values that align perfectly with Clarion’s global mission.

The event is expected to draw record-breaking attendance numbers, elite aerial display teams, and key industry stakeholders, and is poised to become a globally recognised gathering for aviation and aerospace professionals.
