PHOENIX, Ariz. — EventDiagram, a Phoenix-based event floor plan platform, has passed 700 users across North America, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. The company offers venues, hotels and event teams an alternative to long-term software contracts, with month-to-month billing and an optional annual plan.
EventDiagram lets venue and event teams build to-scale layouts, view them in 3D, track their own tables, chairs and equipment, and share plans with clients and vendors at no extra cost. Venue plans include unlimited team members, and the EventDiagram team sets up each venue's spaces from its existing floor plans, including diagrams imported from other tools.
"Venues told us they wanted software that fits the way their teams actually work, without being locked into a contract," said Elisha Flynn, President of EventDiagram. "Every feature we add starts with a conversation with a venue."
Recent updates include outdoor layout tools for garden and ceremony spaces, such as trees, shrubs and paved and unpaved areas, added at the request of wedding venue customers.
