WORCESTER, MA – BlueHive Exhibits is pleased to announce the hiring of Karen Salerno as Account Executive, who brings to the team over 15 years of experience in the event, trade show, and conference industry with a strong focus on supporting the physical and digital security sectors.

Prior to joining BlueHive, Salerno served as Key Account Manager at RX Global, where she managed a portfolio of 125 accounts across ISC West and ISC East, two of the security industry's premier exhibitions and networking events. In this role, she worked closely with exhibitors to understand their business objectives, marketing priorities, and evolving needs, helping them maximize their participation and investment in these events.

Her experience on the event-organizer side of the industry gives her a valuable perspective on the challenges and opportunities companies face when exhibiting. With an established network of industry relationships and a strong foundation in strategic account management and business development, Salerno is well positioned to help companies translate their event objectives into impactful experiences.

In her new role, Salerno will focus on developing new client partnerships, leveraging her industry relationships, and helping companies bring their brands to life through custom exhibit, event and experiential marketing solutions.
