HorrorCon India 2026 will return for its third edition on October 31 and November 1 at NSIC Grounds, Okhla, bringing together horror enthusiasts, music fans, gamers, cosplayers and pop culture communities for a two-day Halloween festival. Organised by TMV (The Mad Virus) and Khooni Monday, the event is expected to attract more than 30,000 attendees, according to the organisers.

The festival will feature a mix of live music, horror-themed attractions, costume showcases and interactive experiences. Its programme includes a Halloween parade, horror cosplay competition, family cosplay activities, gaming arena, Trick or Treat Zone and a horror film festival featuring Indian and international films. Live storytelling, themed photo opportunities, food stalls and pop-up experiences will also form part of the event.

The 2026 edition will feature performances by artists including Seedhe Maut and WiSH, alongside other music acts. The organisers are also planning dedicated family-oriented programming, expanding the festival’s appeal beyond horror enthusiasts to visitors seeking Halloween-themed entertainment and activities.

HorrorCon has developed around the audience of Khooni Monday, a horror and thriller community that connects fans and creators through digital content and events. The festival brings this community into a physical setting, combining horror storytelling and cinema with live entertainment, cosplay and gaming.

With its blend of themed attractions and live performances, HorrorCon India aims to create a platform for horror culture and pop culture engagement in the capital.
