Ciara Jibri

Jibri is the CEO and executive producer for EVLVE Creative. She is a Chicago-based senior experiential producer and creative strategist who has worked with powerhouse brands like the White Sox, Bacardi, and Tgin. Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about mentoring, championing inclusivity, and building platforms for others to thrive in the events industry.

Fabrication: Cedar & Spice is my go-to fabrication partner for experiential builds and custom environments. When producing live experiences, the difference between a great idea and a great experience is having the right fabrication team behind it. Cedar & Spice has an incredible ability to take my concepts and transform them into something guests can step into, interact with, and remember without losing the integrity of the original vision. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, but what I appreciate most is their ability to problem-solve, adapt, and deliver under tight timelines. Staffing: I've learned that guests might remember the activation, but they'll never forget how they were treated. That's why I love working with Priceless One Management. Beyond being reliable and prepared, they bring incredible energy on site and always understand the assignment. Print & Merchandise: Published Studios helps bring the visual identity of our experiences to life. From large-format graphics and environmental branding to custom merchandise and event collateral, their team consistently delivers high-quality work with impressive speed and attention to detail. As a producer, having a partner that can balance creativity, precision, and quick turnarounds is invaluable. They make it easy to keep a brand experience feeling cohesive from the first impression to the final touchpoint.

Photography: While many photographers document what's happening, Porter of Tyris Photography captures how it felt. He has an incredible eye for the details, energy, and candid moments that tell the complete story of an event. Beyond his talent behind the camera, he's thoughtful, collaborative, and someone I genuinely enjoy having on site. When the pace is fast and every moment matters, I know I can trust him to document the experience beautifully without missing a beat. Based in Chicago, Tyris Photography serves clients nationwide.

Jason Rhee

Rhee is the CEO of Rheefined Company Creative Events + Productions, an award-winning event planning, design, and floral studio based in Los Angeles. He is also a board member for REACH LA.

Stationery & Signage: Velvet Fox Designs, based in Southern California, is our go-to for custom stationery and signage, though they do so much more. Woman-owned and always up for something innovative and never done before, they handle design and fabrication entirely in house, which keeps the process seamless while still staying collaborative with our team. We've worked with them on site in New York and have done multiple events together. From unique step-and-repeats to extraordinary seating charts to artistic bar signage, that range is exactly why Velvet Fox Designs is always a must on our team.

Candles & Gifting:Lait custom candles, scents, and room diffusers. They're perfect for our client gifting but can also create custom scents to infuse into our events. We've had Jennifer create a scent bar, make a custom candle for our brand clients, and even offer candle-making classes in luxury hotel properties. Her product is not only beautiful, but being able to truly customize it for clients makes her the best.

Luxury Rentals & Fabrication:Dekor Luxury Rentals offers full fabrication, rentals, and design, is based in Texas, and travels all over. We recently did The Knot Gala in New York, and they truly blew me away with the level at which they produced. From color matching our bar to draping to brand new inventory, they were always game to make it happen.

Catering:Pinch Food Design is truly the culinary design studio. They're the best of the best in New York, and I dream of getting to work with them again. I've never been more blown away, not just by the innovative designs for the food stations, but by their commitment to sustainability, with every beautiful station built from repurposed, recycled materials. Working with Carly was a dream, and their on-site logistics team was so organized, I never even had to ask a question. Truly artists and rockstar operators.

Entertainment:Masha Berenboym from Artists Creating Entertainment is our go-to when clients have big ideas involving themed entertainment, from professional dancers mimicking rainforest animals to a new film premiere with themed characters from the movie, complete with custom wardrobes and choreography.

The Cool Rulers is the best band, from Motown to modern classics, they really bring the soul of music! From Brooklyn to the Bay Area, working with Charles Ferguson was an incredible experience.

Portrait Experience:Banga Booth, the original portrait experience where every guest walks away with a curated portrait, is such a great way to impress our clients. Banga's photo skills are next level, and being able to handle larger events matters. I've not only worked with them, I've also attended events where I got to experience it as a guest, and it truly is the best.

Amber Mayfield Hewett

Hewett is the founder and executive producer of To Be Hosted, a New York-based boutique event production company specializing in food, lifestyle, and hospitality experiences. Her portfolio includes Pinterest, Peloton, Spotify, and more. She is also the author of Your Turn to Host: A Guide to Great Parties and Gatherings.

Catering: I like to think of dessert as an event's last impression, so I take dessert very seriously. For desserts, I turn to Pelah Kitchen by Jenneh Kaikai. The Brooklyn-based brand offers cake decorating classes and special occasion cakes. Her work is equal parts beautiful and delicious.

Signage: For beautiful custom signage, engraving details, acrylic menus, and more, I've been working with Raina of Brown Girl Made That for the past few years and have enjoyed seeing her services evolve and expand. We created beautiful table details together including cloth menus, branded napkin rings, and personalized favors.

Photography: The story of your event lives on through your photography. I work with Xiana Gutierrez to capture event photography, agency photo shoots, and editorial projects. She has an eye for photography that shows character and nuance.
