CBRE 南亚报告：MICE 与目的地婚礼将推动印度活动场馆需求

According to a CBRE South Asia report released at the ASSOCHAM National Tourism Conclave, India’s MICE sector is emerging as an important growth segment, supported by improving connectivity and expanding demand for organised business events. Titled Reimagining Indian Tourism: Unlocking the Next Wave of Growth, the report identifies MICE and destination weddings as key contributors to demand for convention facilities and event infrastructure. Expanding expressway networks, improved railway connectivity, and emerging tourism corridors are enhancing accessibility across destinations, creating opportunities beyond established metropolitan centres.

The report also highlights stronger hospitality performance — organised hotel occupancy increased from 42 per cent in 2021 to 64.1 per cent in 2025. These developments underline the growing importance of integrated hospitality, transport, and event infrastructure in supporting India’s expanding business events ecosystem and attracting future investment.
