NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026在HITEX开幕，展出超500个房地产项目

The 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show commenced on 30 October at HITEX, Hyderabad, bringing together real estate developers, financial institutions and prospective property buyers. The three-day exhibition will continue until 1 November 2026, showcasing more than 500 real estate projects across Hyderabad and its surrounding areas.

The exhibition features a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments, including apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial properties catering to different budgets and investment requirements. Participating financial institutions are also offering guidance on home loans and financing options, enabling visitors to compare property offerings and explore available funding opportunities.

Inaugurating the exhibition, Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka highlighted the state’s infrastructure development plans for Hyderabad and its surrounding regions. He stated that the government had prepared designs for development works worth ₹74,000 crore, of which projects worth ₹55,000 crore had been sanctioned. Tendering was underway for several projects, while some works had already commenced.

NAREDCO Telangana President Sreedhar Reddy Koppula described the property show as an important platform connecting developers, homebuyers and investors. Secretary-General R. Venkateswara Rao highlighted its relevance for first-time homebuyers, those looking to upgrade their homes and investors exploring residential and commercial properties.

The exhibition provides an opportunity for visitors to engage directly with developers, explore property options and understand available financing solutions.
