TSE发布Expo! Expo! 2026参会指南:聚焦密尔沃基Baird Center新亮点与教育安排
TSE’s Guide to Expo! Expo! 2026
Trade Show Executive联合IAEE高管Hannah Deters发布Expo! Expo! 2026参会指南,详解11月16-18日在密尔沃基Baird Center举办的年度会议及展览。
MILWAUKEE — The International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE)® is in the business of connecting event professionals year-round, but Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition is right around the corner.
On Nov. 16-18, 2026, at “Brew City’s” Baird Center, participants will talk shop and sharpen their skills, and networking opportunities will extend throughout the week at various locations.
Are you new to Expo! Expo! or want to head to Milwaukee with a head start? Trade Show Executive’s Young Professionals Corner has you covered.
With Hannah Deters, CEM, CMP, SEPC, IAEE’s Vice President of Exhibitions and Events, we created a guide to Expo! Expo! 2026.
Advice for Expo! Expo! 2026
“Go in with a plan but keep it flexible,” Deters said. “Skim the agenda early and mark the sessions and exhibitors you can’t miss, then leave open time to explore the show floor since some of the best conversations are unplanned. Book appointments with exhibitors ahead of time through the mobile app to ask questions and request demos, so you find the right fit for your organization. Join the peer-learning sessions as an active participant rather than just taking notes. Look for ideas you can try on-site and bring back to your team afterward.”

What’s New at Expo! Expo! 2026?
This year, new at Expo! Expo! are the:
- IAEE + EXHIBITOR Experience, which will provide targeted education for corporate event marketers.
- Satellite registration available at the Hilton, the Hyatt and the Opening Reception at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
- Industry Collective where attendees can visit with the Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance, Exhibition Services & Contractors Association, Experiential Designers & Producers Association, IAEE, International Association of Venue Managers and the Society of Independent Show Organizers.
- IAEE Speedway, a race car simulator to get participants revved up for more conversations on the show floor.

- IAEE + EXHIBITOR Experience, a show-floor theater for corporate marketers, exhibitors and organizers. Topics include marketing strategy, exhibitor best practices, working with event partners, influencer marketing and sustainability.
- Tech Startup Central, a good place to see AI-driven tools and next-generation technology.
- General Session Keynote by Judi Holler, which will focus on building courage and self-trust, featuring Holler’s unique storytelling style and interactive moments.

Expo! Expo! 2026 Networking
“The Young Professional Party on Tuesday evening is the dedicated social event for YPs,” Deters said. “Beyond it, the schedule is packed with networking opportunities.”
These include:
- Monday, November 16: IAEE chapter receptions in the afternoon followed by the Opening Reception and IAEE/TSNN Awards Celebration at the Harley-Davidson Museum
- Tuesday, November 17: Emerging Professionals Meet Up at 11:30 a.m. on the show floor and Pride Party and exhibitor hospitality events
- Wednesday, November 18: Expo! Expo! 2027 New Orleans party
Milwaukee Tips
Deters explained that Milwaukee is easy to navigate on foot and the Baird Center is a short walk from major hotels, restaurants and attractions like the Riverwalk and the Historic Third Ward.
“The host city makes an immediate impression when the Opening Party and Awards Celebration takes over the Harley-Davidson Museum, which gives the week a distinctly Milwaukee start,” Deters said. “The recently upgraded Baird Center adds to the appeal. For dining, 3rd Street Market Hall is a food hall with something for every taste and a good fit for groups.”
