第19届印度城市交通会议暨展览会在布巴内斯瓦尔开幕

The 19th Urban Mobility India Conference and Exhibition 2026 commenced on 24 October 2026 at Hotel Mayfair Sanctuary, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, through the Institute of Urban Transport (India), the event is supported by the Odisha government.

Held under the theme “Urban Accessibility and Liveability in Digital Age”, the conference focuses on the challenges and opportunities shaping urban transportation and accessibility. The event is expected to attract approximately 1,500 delegates and feature 28 exhibitors representing the Odisha government, metro rail companies and public- and private-sector organisations.

The accompanying exhibition showcases urban transport practices, emerging technologies and services. Conference discussions cover sustainable public transport, multimodal integration, first- and last-mile connectivity, Mobility as a Service and GPS-based transport solutions.

The event provides a platform for policymakers, urban administrators, researchers, transport operators and industry representatives to exchange knowledge and explore approaches to improving urban mobility. It also creates opportunities for technology providers and infrastructure companies to engage with government agencies and other stakeholders.

Bhubaneswar is also scheduled to host the second National Urban Conclave from October 24-25, extending the city’s programme of discussions on urban development and related policy priorities.

Together, these gatherings bring attention to urban transport planning, accessibility and the role of technology in developing more connected and liveable cities.
