Apartment hotel brand Quest has commenced building an 87-room property in Elizabeth, in Adelaide’s expanding northern corridor.
Quest Elizabeth will comprise standalone studios and two-bedroom apartments, and include accessible accommodation, The Pantry cafe, conference facilities and a gym.
The hotel is being developed to support Adelaide’s growing northern economic corridor, where investment across defence, advanced manufacturing, logistics, education, health and business is driving demand for high-quality accommodation.
The region’s catchment includes major employers and employment precincts such as Edinburgh Defence Precinct, RAAF Base Edinburgh and Edinburgh Parks, which generates accommodation demand from visiting professionals, project teams, contractors, corporate and government travellers.
“Quest Elizabeth isn’t simply another hotel development, it’s a vote of confidence in Elizabeth, bringing Australasia’s largest apartment hotel brand and raising the bar for visitors as Adelaide’s north enters its next phase of growth,” says David Mansfield, managing director, The Ascott Limited Australasia, which owns the Quest brand.

Built and owned by property developer Emmett, Quest Elizabeth’s architecture and interior design is led by Matthews Architects.
A recent sod-turning ceremony was attended by Mayor of Playford Glenn Docherty.
