New West Coast Meeting Venues and Resort Upgrades for Meeting Planners
多家美国西海岸会议酒店推出新场地与翻新。亚利桑那Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock新增活动草坪,使户外空间超25,000平方英尺。
Arizona
Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock unveiled a new event lawn in August, bringing the property’s total outdoor space to over 25,000 square feet. Sanctuary at Bell Rock is set against the backdrop of Sedona’s iconic red rock landscape with views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Lee Mountain.
With over 50,000 square feet of space for meetings and events, the lawn is connected to the resort’s ballrooms: Canyon and Tequa Ballroom. The nearly 5,000-square-foot Canyon Ballroom has the capacity for 526 guests and the 4,000-square-foot Tequa Ballroom was recently renovated.
The 221-room Hilton hotel is in the midst of a multimillion-dollar renovation project that will eventually reimagine its spa, athletic club and welcome a brand-new pool bar.
California
Costanoa, a coastal California lodge 55 minutes south of San Francisco, debuted a new all-electric RV experience: Pebble Flow. The RV suites can sleep two adults and two children and also offer a convertible dining area, workspace, kitchenette, full bathroom and rooftop solar. Additionally, the resort was recently refreshed and offers views of the Pacific Ocean. The property spans 140 acres of redwoods and offers 39 lodge rooms, cabins for groups of seven, tent bungalows for groups of six, tents and RV sites. In total, the property offers 157 guest accommodations.
The resort is frequently used for corporate retreats and meeting capabilities include 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor space for meetings and events. Also available on the property is a year-round restaurant, Cascade, which features California coastal cuisine using local and handcrafted ingredients. The resort also offers a general store and seasonal restaurant, Pine Tent.
Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, in the Coachella Valley city of Indian Wells, completed a comprehensive, multimillion-dollar redesign. The 23-acre property also unveiled a modern gastropub—Seven Olive, TopGolf swing suites, new pickleball courts and a redesigned desk and lobby.
The 560-room resort blends Mid-Century Modern design with desert-inspired aesthetics, including new art instillations that take guests on a journey through the region’s landscape. Outdoor spaces such as the Glo Patio and poolside cabanas now feature updated lounge seating.

In the Greater Palm Springs area, the resort grounds boast gardens, waterfalls and surrounding lakes. Other onsite amenities include five dining options, the Spa Esmeralda, a fitness center and a sandy beach pool.
The more than 100,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting spaces were redesigned and now feature handcrafted ceramic pieces, floral carpets and neutral hues. The design concept is inspired by the desert’s organic flora. The property offers multiple ballrooms including the 16,500-square-foot Esmeralda ballroom for nearly 2,000 guests.
Something New at Seattle’s Southport
Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport debuted a new waterfront experience, a floating pickleball court. The experience joins other waterfront adventures on Lake Washington, including kayaking, paddleboarding and jet skiing.
Surrounded by panoramic lake views, the pickleball activity was added to the hotel’s experience to meet the growing demand for the sport, and the hotel’s event team will help groups coordinate competitions. Other group experiences include floral design classes, wine tastings, paint and sip, candle making and Italian cooking classes.
The 347-room Hyatt hotel offers 60,000 square feet of space across 20 rooms. The largest space is the 13,728-square-foot Grand Ballroom for 2,000 guests. The property recently unveiled another new meeting space for groups, the 1,722-square-foot Lakeside venue for 150 guests. The venue is located on the lobby level and offers floor-to-ceiling windows as well as direct access to the Lakeside Boardroom and Lakeside Lounge.
