2026 Incentive Travel Index:62%买家预计2027年奖励旅游人数保持稳定
62% of global buyers expect stable incentive travel
Incentive Research Foundation 与 SITE 在 IMEX America 上联合 Oxford Economics 发布2026 Incentive Travel Index,62%的买家预计2027年奖励旅游参与人数保持稳定。
The 2026 Incentive Travel Index reveals a cautious outlook for 2027, with 62 per cent of buyers expecting participant numbers to remain stable amid geopolitical uncertainty, rising costs, and airline capacity constraints. Released at IMEX America by the Incentive Research Foundation and SITE, the study surveyed 2,017 professionals across 83 countries, in partnership with Oxford Economics.
Average global spending per participant rose 7.8 per cent to US$ 5,500 in 2026, including airfares. However, nearly one-third of buyers plan to scale back programmes in 2027 — reducing gifts, selecting cheaper destinations, or shortening trips.
Geopolitical instability is also influencing destination selection, with more than three in five buyers reporting disruption and nearly 40 per cent having relocated a confirmed programme. Meanwhile, 76.6 per cent of buyers use or plan to use AI for destination research and planning. The findings point to growing emphasis on accessibility, safety, and value in incentive travel decisions.
