207 Peachtree, a new 45,000-square-foot entertainment, dining, and event destination in downtown Atlanta, has debuted its Grand Ballroom event space. Located on the corner of Peachtree Street and Andrew Young International Boulevard, the 1920s historic building housing the Grand Ballroom was designed by Atlanta architecture firm Pringle & Smith and was originally home to Regenstein’s Department Store, a beloved downtown Atlanta retail landmark for decades. A $10.5 million modernization program preserved the building’s distinctive historic character, and the recent opening of 207 Peachtree marks the first time the building has been fully activated across all floors since the late 1970s.
