Build India Vision 2026 to Bring Built Environment Leaders Together in New Delhi
Build India Vision(BIV)2026 将于11月27-28日在新德里奥克拉的NSIC Grounds举行,由 FOAID(Festival of Architecture and Interior Designing)发起,汇聚建筑、工程与施工(AEC)领域的专业人士和决策者。
As India’s built environment continues to evolve, Build India Vision (BIV) 2026 is scheduled to take place on 27–28 November at NSIC Grounds, Okhla, New Delhi, bringing together professionals and decision-makers from across the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) ecosystem.
An initiative of the Festival of Architecture and Interior Designing (FOAID), BIV is positioned as a platform for dialogue and collaboration on India’s construction and infrastructure priorities. The initiative connects architects, developers, engineers, infrastructure leaders, policymakers and technology innovators to discuss ideas shaping the country’s future built environment.
The platform focuses on four key pillars:
- Future-ready infrastructure
- Sustainable performance
- Human-centred development
- Ideas into action
These themes reflect the need to align infrastructure growth with sustainability, technological progress and the long-term needs of communities.
BIV’s agenda centres on strengthening collaboration across the built environment, encouraging industry stakeholders to exchange perspectives on urban development, construction practices and infrastructure planning. Previous discussions have addressed areas such as urban mobility, transit-oriented development, construction skills and the development of smaller cities.
For the AEC industry, the platform offers an opportunity to connect perspectives from design, project development, engineering and policy, while exploring approaches to more resilient and future-ready built environments.
The upcoming edition will be held alongside FOAID’s New Delhi festival, which features design exhibitions, conferences, competitions and industry interactions. Together, the platforms bring architecture and design professionals, brands and industry stakeholders to NSIC Grounds for two days of engagement.
With its emphasis on collaboration and implementation, Build India Vision 2026 will place the built environment at the centre of discussions on India’s infrastructure and development ambitions.
