The property recently debuted a new meeting space, the 1,120-square-foot Greenway Room and The Greenway Foyer for 120 people. The new space joins the property’s 15 other meeting spaces and brings the total square footage to 14,000. The largest space is the 1,360-square-foot Batterymarch room.
The Art Deco landmark hotel features a new, state-of-the-art 2,000-square-foot gym with views of the city plus two onsite dining options: Tradesman Coffee Shop & Lounge and signature fine-dining spot, Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grille.

New York
Glasshouses announced in July a new flagship venue in Lower Manhattan, Glasshouse Downtown, a 70,000-square-foot destination located at Westfield World Trade Center. The venue is anticipated to open in 2028 and will accommodate 1,500 guests. The venue meets the demand for customizable, technology-capable events with integrated production systems and hybrid-event capabilities.
The three-story venue joins a portfolio of Glasshouse properties in New York, including Glasshouse Chelsea, The Glasshouse and GH on the Park, known for hosting corporate and social events including galas, conferences and brand activations.
Glasshouse Downtown’s first floor functions primarily as a lobby and VIP entrance, with the second and third floors serving as the event space. The venue is located near multiple subway and commuter-rail stations as well as three airports—it’s 25 minutes to Newark, 35 minutes to LaGuardia and 45 minutes to JFK. Nearby points of interest include the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and the South Street Seaport.

The largest space is the 8,298-square-foot Grand Ballroom for 1,170 guests.
Overlooking the Potomac River, the waterfront property’s new logo was inspired by the swans that glide across the water. The hotel is a short walk from the National Mall and The Wharf and is also near Reagan National Airport (15 minutes), the Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument, Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, the Smithsonian Museums, the White House, Capitol Hill and more.
Other amenities include a luxurious dual-level spa, a heated indoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
